What is this, exactly?
A live royalty dashboard that reads directly from a Notion database you own. Enter your monthly earnings per retailer and format in Notion, and they show up in your dashboard instantly—stat tiles, a trend chart, a ranked books list, a retailer breakdown, and per-author profitability if you write under more than one name.
How do I get access after I buy?
Right after checkout, you're taken straight to your dashboard's private setup page to connect your Notion database—no waiting on email required. A copy of your setup link is also sent to the email you paid with, so you always have a way back in.
What does "lifetime access" mean?
One payment, yours for good. No subscription, no renewal, no monthly fee.
Which retailers are supported?
Amazon/KDP, CreateSpace, IngramSpark, Draft2Digital, Payhip, and direct sales through your own author website each get their own tracked columns, broken out by eBook, Paperback, Hardcover, and Audiobook. Anything else can be logged under "Other."
Do I have to type my numbers in by hand?
Not for Amazon KDP or Draft2Digital—upload their royalty report and it's parsed, matched to your books, and previewed for you to confirm before anything writes to Notion. One report can cover every pen name on your account at once. Other retailers still go in manually.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. The dashboard works with Notion's free plan—if you can create a database, you're set.
Can I use a Notion database I already have?
You'll want to duplicate the provided template so the property names match exactly what the dashboard expects. A quick rename of your existing properties works too, if you'd rather keep your own database.
I lost my setup link—what do I do?
Use the recover-link page with the email you purchased under, and a fresh link is sent right away.
Do I need to be technical to set this up?
Not at all. If you can use Notion, you can use this—setup is copy your integration token and database ID into one form.
What's your refund policy?
Because it's a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. If something isn't working as described, reach out and I'll make it right.
